Theory about a Dawnshard (spoilers)

This theory might already be going around, but what if Peacegiver's Treasure is a Dawnshard? It would make sense if the Dawnshards were spread throughout the cosmere, and given the effects we see in Rysn, it would make sense if the other incredibly powerful form of Investiture which manifests in incredibly high levels of Heightening is another Dawnshard. That would also explain why Peacegiver told the priests to not use it.

Oh also, unrelated to the above, but as Hoid is said to have had a Dawnshard in the past, I will also throw this theory out here: Hoid's Dawnshard is something like Peace. That's why he can't harm people, and that's why he can't eat meat (since eating meat implies killing)
