So we have debated the similarity between allomancy and fabrials regarding metals.

But what if we took this literally? Fabrials need not be huge.  You may swallow it or incorporate it through, well, other orifices. So what happens if you burn the metal of an operating fabrial?

And when does the fabrial stop working?

If you burn away the metal, the Fabrial will presumably stop working.
