I cannot even begin to tell you how long I have been reading Sanderson, and I've lurked here for far too long. I decided that I was kinda tired of trying to explain the plots to my friends, and to find a good spot for some crazy tinfoil hat theories.

I'm not sure what's my favorite book, but Kaladin, Vin, and Dalinar are my favorite characters.

One of my goals is to get a RAFO card from Brandon, and I thought I had him when I asked if you could Push/Pull shardblade (it was way back in 2016)... But I did not.

When I took the Order quiz, I got Windrunner/Truthwatcher/Elsecaller in pretty much exact proportions. Which blows my mind because none of them share a surge at all. I eventually decided on the order of the Windrunners, because at the end of the day, I will protect. (Gravity is fun too). Though if it was this or Mistborn, I would definitely struggle to chose.

Welcome!!! Do you have a favorite non-Cosmere character or series?

Wow! Good question, I think Mat Cauthon would be high up there but that’s kinda cheating.

Andrew Wiggin, Edmond Dàntes, and “Silk” Kheldar. Each for different reasons.

I only recognize Edmond Dantes, what books are the other 2 from?

Have you read The Reckoners Trilogy, Alcatraz and the Evil Librarians, or The Rithmatist?

Definitely with you here. Kaladin is probably my favourite sci-fi/fantasy character outside of Star Wars.

Andrew Wiggins is probably better known as Ender from Ender’s Game. Silk is from the Belgariad by David Eddings. I read steel heart, but the other two hadn’t released at that time. Same with Alcatraz. I haven’t gotten to Rithmatist yet.
