How would I get Dawnshard?

Recently the title of the new Stormlight novella was released, and I was wondering if anybody knows anything about how to get the novella/when it will become available (obviously it isn't out yet) outside of the Way of Kings Leatherbound Kickstarter. Is it going to be available to order somewhere? If anybody knows anything about this, please let me know.

I think it will be available as an ebook after the kickstarter and the novellas release.

Yep, I think they're very likely to get publisher deals on it after the kickstarter.  Might be a few more months wait though.

 

With the kickstarter, you can back for $1 - no reward, and then pick Dawnshard as an Add-On for $15 + shipping.  If the physical book is the only thing you're interested in.

I'm sure they'll release a physical copy in stores eventually.  But the cheaper Kickstarter tiers would be a good place to check out, too.  Tier 2 is a physical copy and online.  Can't wait to read this one!

If you want to get it ASAP, get the online version at the very least ($10 dollar tier). There's a decent (though not certain) chance that it will be released to backers in October.
