Saying that Frustration is the only thing I will enjoy is like saying that a dog enjoys being a dog, it is it's nature not to be enjoyed or hated it simply is.

Could it be that that question... frustrated you?
Experience he/him Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 Ah, but do you not remember Rayse? He was consumed by his shard, as was every other shard. The longer you are a vessel for a shard, the more you become like it.

Honorless he/him Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 It frustrates me that you missed a question: 12 minutes ago, Dreamer said: Are there any Cosmere words/names that you pronounce unusually? Like ''Kaladin'' I do not pronounce like "paladin" but like kālādin (the dash above means long vowel 'aa') or Sarene, whose name I pronounce like Sa+Reen instead of Sa+Renée. I refuse to pronounce Vin's name the French way, but that's fairly common

Experience he/him Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 Did you pronounce Jasnah with a Y sound for the J?

Experience he/him Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 I didn't at first, but then at a book signing Brandon Sanderson pronounced it with a y sound, and not that's how I pronounce it in my head.
Guest Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 *british accent* You have seemed to have ignored my question.
Honorless he/him Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 What's the most frustratingly everyday frustration that you've had to experience?

I knew, I just ignored it. I know h and j are often pronounced differently (or not at all) in French and Spanish. But it was too late, she was Jasnah now.
