Link not working again?

I joined the newsletter in March and just tried to download the prose but the link is broken for me. Should I email someone? I don’t want to be a bother to anyone lol.

Do you have Word Installed?  If so is it the correct version?  Sometimes its the simple things.  Go over it with someone at least mildly tec savvy.

I’m having the same issue. The link just sends me to the 17th Shard

I was really excited when Way of Kings Prime was given away in the last newsletter. However, there did not seem to be a download link for the White Sand prose version there. Do you know if Brandon has stopped giving it away?

he stil gives it away. i think he just left the link out of the latest newsletter for some reason.

And here I am, still getting the prose link with every other newsletter.

Someone should mention that the White Sand link breaks really often to Brandon.
