No, no! I always love what you do. Though, I do find it funny; when you asked on TLPW to be a part of Fallen all innocently, I never guessed how much of an impact you would have. :P Besides, once we get to my Astral stuff, I'll be set.

Hmmm... Michael the Part-Time Mime. That makes me laugh.

Well, she'll slip through when the people from Universe Prime come back. In QoS, Astral was very unmotivated, but now that she sees Star serving the people who hurt her, having forgotten about Marsh completely, with another man no less? She'll be furious, and she'll want Star to rise to her "former glory." Yup. Yup, it'll be epic! :D

Of course you have... Yeah, that's great. However, my plans with Astral are inter-worked with BoS's plans for Heather.  What are you planning, exactly? Just give me something vague. You're good at that. :P

Okay. The points of interest are;

1.Astral was 'branched' from Star by Silence (i.e, he split them into two (I can explain that more, if you need me to (which you probably do (to be honest, I'm just having fun nesting parentheses at this point :P)))).

2.Astral will meet some sort of demise during the events of this story. (It could be temporary, if we need it to be.)

Nah, as long as she dies it's fine. Preferably leaving a body behind, but I can work around that if you need me to.

Sounds good!

And now, on with the story.

The wall exploded.

No, exploded was the wrong word. It broke apart, was demolished, vanished, swallowed by flashes of violet lightning that crawled over it for the barest fraction of a second.

And in seconds- where once a wall had stood- there was nothing. Only empty corridor. And the guard, of course, staring at Xino in shock and horror.

Oops, thought Xino. Oh well. One more shot wouldn't hurt.

Really? Huh. It's a TV show. One of the main characters, Rumpelstiltskin, is famous for saying, "All magic comes with a price." And you've said that or something similar a few times, including in the Twisted Fairy Tales RP where you played as Rumple.

It sounds like an interesting show. Maybe I should watch it...

Xino strode down the hallway, zapping guard after guard with his gun. These ones didn't disappear, thankfully; killing them like that made him feel uncomfortable, even if they were enemies. No, this would just put them to sleep for a while. A long while.

At last, he came to the door he'd been looking for. Written on the door, in large block letters was the word STAR.

Perfect, he thought, smiling as he blasted the door open.

It's on Netflix, but the last season is a disappointment. I didn't finish it and it was gratuitous anyway. The main character was gone.

Star's body quivered, noticing that something was different, but unsure whether it was safe to wake yet. She still hung between reality.

Xino gasped when he saw the figure lying prostrate on the ground. "Oh, no, no, no..." he muttered, face turning pale. He rushed over, kneeling down to check her pulse- and as he did so, the gun brushed her side.

Power.

Thoughts and influences began to flow into Star's mind, just as they had to Xino's not moments before. Information on what the gun was, where it came from, and how it was used.

And, more importantly, what it could be used for...

Star's mind registered Xino's presence, his touch. All of a sudden, her eyes burst open and she gasped, chest beginning to rise and fall with breath again as her heart restarted.

Thump, thump, thump, thump. The low hum of Star's life force returned in Ember's mind. Still faint. But no longer mute. Ember's eyes widened. She was alive! Star was still alive!

Xino breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness," he muttered, leaning back and waiting for her to regain consciousness.

Xino shook his head, pushing himself to his feet. "I was lucky to find you, honestly. I have no idea how to find my way around this place."

Star stood and reached out with her mind. "Shadow should be in that general direction," she said, gesturing with her thumb. "As we get closer, the signature will get stronger. Usually, I'd just teleport, but Narrating doesn't seem like a good idea at the moment."
