I have a question that stems from this WOB:

I'm guessing Silverlight will be one of the place that people can read books all over the Cosmere. And Nalthis is another a good guess for another place that might have several off world books?

Those are most likely good places.  Era 4 Scadrail will also likely have this kind of access and the spren city celebrant seems to have some interaction with other worlds.  Nalthis is another good one.  What exactly is your question?

Yeah... I  was trimming my post because it became too long, but kinda ended up editing out the question.  But there was a part where I was speculating what type of books would each shard world excel at? And at which point will there be an Open-planetary trade of information?

I think that the residents of Nathis are going to love alendi epics as much as we do.  An Accountability of Virtue is totally going to be a bestseller.

Because Nalthis is one of the primary Shadesmar destinations.  It's a lot easier and less dangerous to get to than Scadrial, Sel, and Taldain.  They even have customs!

They even have customs that you can go through. You can like, arrive, and things like this. Don't go to Sel. Sel is not good to go to. Sel is really dangerous to go to. There's a dead Shard--two of them--in the Cognitive Realm that will destroy you. Other places, Scadrial, used to be a lot easier to get to. Roshar, depends on which era you're talking about. Sometimes it's pretty easy to go to. Those nice Horneaters will treat you like a god and feed you food. However, right now, it might not be a good time to try to visit Roshar.
