The air was now a mix of pockets of extreme warmth and cold. “Hello. Where am I?”

Nameless glanced around. "You tell me! I've never been to this part of the thread before."

Shayd looked around. They were in the middle of a plane of flat sand, extending all around them. Nothing else was in sight.

“Oh, a desert? Interesting.” Nameless kicked some sand. “I don’t like deserts. Hard to grow things in them.”

The sand disappears in the air, and an aura of heat emanates from it. Not hot enough for how hot the sand must have been, though.

Shayd shrugged. “Not just heat, also cold. But I was born with them… my second heart was gifted.”

“No… I… Talaman had always supplied me, chain him.” Shayd laughed at the irony.

chain him is not something that can really be applied to Talaman, cuz he is the origin of that phrase… he “chains” people and forces them to his will.

Nameless waved a hand and the environment shifted. Suddenly, they were standing in a peaceful vegetable garden next to a cottage. There was a cool breeze, and Shayd could hear the sound of rushing water from a stream somewhere nearby. "Here we are. Do you like gardening?"
