I view Elandera in M-Bot and Gaea as a Gunner more likely than the other way round, though I'd like to hear peoples opinions on that. EDIT: I was in Poco-1, and targeted Gaea, as I mentioned above. How does me being in Fresa-2 mean Gaea is not in a ship? I was also just about to edit into my post above that Elandera is throwing me off. But Paradise Song had earned her ire for not being involved in attacking the Krell for two times in a row. A very rebellious thing to do, for sure. Things only got worse when an investigation was launched into her, and they discovered that she had a romantic relationship with Number 4. Suddenly, not only was she a slacker, but quite possibly a rebel. She was immediately thrown into a prison cell, while the higher ups debated what they should do with her. Suddenly, Steel was hit with an ominous feeling. Something bad was about to happen. Something bad in timing, and bad in the fate of this base. The screaming alarms indicated what that feeling had come from. Another Lifebuster. One escort. And now, they had one less Gunner to shoot it down for them. They had to be close, right? To rooting out the gunners? Could there be another rebel? Or, was there another Traitor among them? Steel didn't really know what to think as he piled in, along with his now tiny forces. If they failed tonight, on the edge of victory, everyone would die. But if they succeeded, Steel could finally go home. Doomslug fluted in joy. She could smell it. She was close, very close indeed. But no, each time you finally decide to lynch me, you find a Gunner instead. Time to fess up. I am what's called the Defected. As I have yet to die, I am still village aligned. If you'd have been kind enough to lynch me, I would have become the Traitor. And yes, I'm flying MBot. Though in thread I have attempted to get myself lynched without seeming obvious, I have been taking out Krell each turn. Until the last one. Because I was certain I'd die if I didn't roleblock Fura and Striker, as I was only at 2 health. Sorry Steel. I tried. I really did. But I think if I still try to trigger the SK win-con, I might lose the game for everyone. Except maybe the final elim. (Lookin' at you Ark...) Another thing about MBot. I can do two separate actions. Don't worry about using an IMP against the Lifebuster, since I'm first in OOA. I'll take out its shields, and attack it. Just promise to not shoot me instead, please. 2

I am very surprised by how effective shooting players has been this game, but I dont think the elims will have more than 2 gunners, so shooting players is pointless. As I got both Gaea and Maill killed, I think im basically cleared, so you know im not saying that to save myself from being shot. Oh, iv also proved im not a gunner as well, so there is that.

By your own logic, that doesn't prove you're not an elim. EDIT: Also, I think Joe being in a ship was due to him being a Wingmate. Otherwise, I don't think the Gunners can pilot. My reasoning for me not being an elim is that I get both Maill and Gaea killed almost singlehandedly. Basically, the purpose of my entire post is, "stop shooting players"

Unfortunately, that's not much of a hard clear. It's pretty common to have elims claim suspicion of their teammates in order to distance themselves if/when said teammate dies. Sometimes they'll even help lynch their teammate (bussing) to also disperse suspicion. I did this quite effectively recently, which allowed me to come within a coin toss of winning. There are other, better ways of being cleared, such as claiming which ship you're in and allowing us to test your shield.

I figure if it's roleblocked, at least it can't kill us if we can't kill it. Everyone else should attack it though.

They hadn't managed to destroy it, but they had managed to drive it away. And thank goodness for that. There also hadn't even been enough krell forces to get anyone shot down, which was a plus. And now... they had a rebel to pull out by their roots. The question was, who of the tiny group of pilots left was it? Steel looked at his tiny flight. Everyone else had been shot down or kicked out of the military. Even his Flight Leader had been shot down a few fights ago, which had left Steel in charge. He still wasn't sure how he felt about that. The flight landed back in the hangar, and Ironsides was there again. And she looked angry. Angry at Llerk. "Why in damnation did you think it was a good idea to sit around and do nothing when there was a LIFEBUSTER ATTACKING US?" Llerk looked up in terror, but said nothing. He was a quiet man, and never had said much. "You're coming with me. If I have my way, you'll never fly again. And Steel?" "Yes Ma'am?" "Don't bother stopping me. You know how much of a problem this is." Steel just nodded. Llerk looked at him for help, but Steel just shook his head. "You got yourself into this. Now get yourself out of it." Doomslug could see it. She fluted, and began to move towards the goal that would change the fate of life and death on the planet of Detritus. _______________________ No one was shot down! Fura's shown themselves to be trustworthy, which leaves Ark and Xino. This is actually harder than it first appears, since Xinoehp's been sending in actions most cycles, but I'm going to vote for Ark as the last Eliminator.

"Acclivity ring: Functional. Destructors: functional. Manuevering and flight controls, funcitonal. Shield: Recharging. Light lance: funcitonal. Cytonic hyperdrive: non-functional." "Perfect. Thanks M-Bot." She still had no idea what the last one was, but she figured it hadn't stopped her from fighting the Krell, so she wouldn't worry about it. "Did you find me any mushrooms?" Brenna ignored M-Bot's last question. Mushrooms. Why mushrooms? That had been a close call with the Krell. The lifebuster would be back, and soon. She wasn't sure they'd be able to destroy it. They had so few people left in their flight, and they still had the rebels to worry about. A soft fluting noise caught her attention. She looked and saw the strange yellow slug sitting on top of M-Bot. "Hey Doomslug. Welcome back. Do you know who the rebels are?" --- I'll be voting on Xino. While I'm still suspicious of Ark, I'm paranoid that the final elim is mostly inactive. And we do know Xino has been around just enough to submit an action most turns. 1

Cause I'm me. I don't think Elandera would lie, and both Bard and Fura are village cleared (unless there is another elim pilot)
