How many breakable pieces make up a set of Shardplate?

Do we know how many individual pieces make up a set of Shardplate?  IIRC, there are at least greaves, gauntlets, breastplate, vambraces, helm, and probably boots are separate from greaves although I'm not sure about that.  Is there a list anywhere?  Even if it might be incomplete?

The Shardplate wiki entry doesn't have a list of the plates, other than the Plate being made of interlocking plates across the body. I think it was mentioned that there's an undershirt most Shardbearers wear, though it's not part of the Plate itself. I think your list is mostly complete.

The way that we've seen pieces break, and that it's placed upon them, I'd list it like this. 

2 boots, 2 greaves, 2 cuisses, the skirt like lower torso peice, the main body, 2 shoulder pauldrons, 2 rerebraces, 2 vambraces, 2 gauntlets, And a helm, with the interlocking pieces covering all of the joint parts that would be added into normal plate armor.
