In Oathbringer, while the crew is in Shadesmar (directly after entering) and Shallan is looking for something to walk across the beads with, what type of spren are the "little orange or green people, only a few inches tall" that were among the spheres?

I thought the orange ones might be painspren. In the PR they're described as little disembodied hands.
