Well only for Neg right before your speech. It's helpful to set up arguments that way.

ummmmm, in LD, the Neg CXes directly before his first constructive, so it's really helpful for sowing seeds of doubt in the judge's mind, and revealing them directly afterward. If that makes any sense.

ANYWAY! 
I got back from my "rival school" (we have a "rivalry" because we're both on the same road... two hours away) we beat them, again. They have yet to win in the now four years we've done this. Go my school... I guess? I made a friend at said other school though! So that was awesome.
