I like the names you’ve made for them

Mr. Justice is actually Nale

Mrs. Smash and Tear things up is actually Shalash

Mr. Broken and Insane is Talenel

Mr. Drunk and Stabbed is Jezrien

And Mr. Ishar is... well, Ishar

So those are the ones you have spotted. Let’s see where the other 5 Heralds are:

Kalak can be seen in the Prelude and in the Prologue to WoK, talking to Nale. I think he shows up in other places as well.

Paliah can be seen walking through the Palanaeum in WoK. Shallan notices her.

Battar can be seen in WoR as an Ardent named Dova who works for Taravangian.

So far, I don’t think we’ve seen Vedel or Chanarach in the books yet.

Those comments are based of a WoB that says all Heralds are mentioned or seen in the first two books. Here:

Questioner (paraphrased)

Have we seen all of the Heralds?

Brandon Sanderson (paraphrased)

I'm pretty sure I've mentioned all of them, and you've seen a number of them, such as Shalash running around.

We see Kalak in the prelude (and he might be at Gavilars feast as well, it is a pretty well-supported theory). Nale is obviously around. Jezrien is the drunk guy, Shalash is breaking art, and Ishar is posing as Tezim. We also have a( somewhat questioned I think) WoB that states that Pailiah is seen in the Palanaeum by Shallan. In addition, Vedel has been mentioned, Battar haven been mentioned (and might be posing as an ardent in Kharbranth, accoording to Taravangian), and Chana has been mentioned as well (it is theorized that she is the assassin Liss in the WoR prologue). Oh, and Taln is around too, obviously.

That is all the Heralds there for you.

Wasn't there a theory about Chana possibly being the same person as that assassin that Jasnah contacted in the WoR prologue( the girl assassin with shardblade that she was thinking to murder Aesudan) ?

We have seen Chana.

We just don't know where.

Speaking of the other Prologues… I have a looney theory that the assassin Liss is actually the Herald Chana in disguise. :D

Chanaranach has definitely been seen onscreen by at least one character at least one time in the first two books.

I think we'll glimpse the unmet Heralds through the book 4 & 5 prologues. I suspect the 9 that remained on Roshar were all in Kholinar the night of the prologue. 5 seemed to be in the area: Jezrien was hanging out drunk near the statues, Nale and Kalak were official guests at the feast. Chana may have been Liss the assassin meeting with Jasnah in the palace. Shalash had recently broken her statue in the palace, it had not been replaced yet.

The ones I listed above had very different reasons for being there it was not a coordinated effort, but if that many were there by fate or Fortune or whatever then the other 4 were probably in Kholinar that night.
