Influences on Nightblood

Did Shashara and Vasher (among whoever else of the Five Scholars were there) visit any worlds beyond Roshar for inspiration on how to make Nightblood? I was reading a thread about Nightblood maybe having Connection to Ruin due to the command and thought maybe they popped into Scadrial via Well of Ascension, intriguing Ruin and maybe making him whisper to Shashara about using that particular command to grant more unpredictability and strength of Investiture.

Vasher has only been to Roshar and Nalthis, beyond places in Shadesmar.

But he could still have learned about other planets and magic systems from within Shadesmar, and maybe Shashara has been to other worlds ...

I'm not good at searching WoBs, so I won't be able to find my source for this, but we do know that Vasher at least had been to Roshar before creatign Nightblood.  Nightblood was he and Shashara tryign to create somethign like a Shardblade.

Nightblood's design was inspired by shardblades, but we don't (to my knowledge) have any WoB's or details on why the command "Destroy Evil" was chosen and whether it was inspired by anything, and we don't know if any of the shards, Ruin or otherwise, intervened in his creation.
