Kaladeen
In a recent Q/A, we got WOB that we have seen another person performing lightweaving, other than Shallan. Do we know who else we've seen? WOB: Q: Have we seen another Lightweaver as of WoR?A: Yes, depending on your definition. You could make the argument, the Order of Knight Radiant, no. But you have seen people lightwaving, the skill, yes. When I first read this, I didn't give it much thought, but after considering it, I thought about all the times we saw Hoid allow people to see what he was describing in his story/song. We know Hoid doesn't have an honorblade (WOB), so the only way he could lightweave would be with a Nehal bond, which I doubt he has. Do you think it is possible he is the other person lightweaving? Any speculation on who else we've seen use it?
Fifth of Daybreak he/him
Hoid is the other person using Lightweaving, but it's not Rosharian Lightweaving. Hoid has a Lightweaving ability from his homeworld Yolen.
RShara she/her
Yeah I'm pretty sure it was Hoid too.
Thought
To note, this is mentioned in the Ars Arcanum at the back of the book: whoever wrote that notes that Rosharian Lightweaver appears to be the most similar to the original lightweaving of Yolen. kari-no-sugata
In chapter 55, Shallan meets Hoid again who then "mysteriously vanishes", leaving a man with a Bav accent... which just happens to be Tyn's go-to accent for being ignored. I'm pretty sure the Bav guy was Hoid using Lightweaving.

Shardbearer he/him
Yeah, Hoid has been pegged as a lightweaver for some time now, I think. Long before we knew Roshar had that surge.

It is relevant to note however that we have WoB that Hoid is not the writer of the Ars Arcanum, meaning that we could potentially have seen a third Lightweaver. Shardbearer he/him
It is relevant to note however that we have WoB that Hoid is not the writer of the Ars Arcanum, meaning that we could potentially have seen a third Lightweaver. But the writer doesn't indicate that s/he is a lighweaver. They could be, but the impression I get is that they are interested in it because of it's similarity to a Yolen magic. Maybe because it indicates that Roshar has a more direct connection to Adonalsium than other planets? There are Adonalsium spren around, right? Or is that an uncomfirmed theory? Or maybe because the Yolen/Roshar versions of this ability are more useful to this person/group than the other versions we've seen, like in Elantris?
