Mistborn is a great place to start, one of my favorites with The Hero of Ages easily being one of my favorite books ever. Welcome to the forum, happy reading!

A short piece of advice if you haven't read one of his books so far:
This place is full of spoilers - for Mistborn and for his other works. You have to be really carefull when you read through the topics! Otherwise you could loose many surprises while reading (or be totally confused).

It's a good place to start in the cosmere, when someone else is interested, I always recommend reading Mistborn before Stormlight. You are going to have so much fun with it! Just try to avoid any theories, fanfic or fanart about it for now because SPOILERS! Have fun reading it tho! You'll love it!
