How did Renarin get in the rooms?

So we all know Renarin was the one who was writing the dates for the upcoming Everstorm, but how did he get in the rooms without anyone noticing? Kaladin was sure that he didn't see anyone enter, but Renarin still got in. My guess is that he used Illumination to make himself invisible, but what do you guys think?

He didn't have to, he was already inside. Kaladin and Bridge Four were on duty to watch the entrance to Dalinar's quarters but they include his sons' rooms as well as his own. Whenever we get a Highstorm vision or the writings come up, somewhere nearby will be a mention that the brothers were in the vicinity.

Adolin and Renarin were usually guarded with Dalinar, so he had access to the rooms.
