Do we know what the cosmere was like when Adonalsium was in charge?

Do we know what the cosmere was like when Adonalsium was in charge, or is that not yet forthcoming (and might be in Dragonsteel)? I had a new idea for why Adonalsium might have been shattered and need to know.

Pretty much everything we know up to Oathbringer can be found on the Coppermind, and Arcanum. Have you looked around there? We don't really know much, but there are (were?) excerpts of Dragonsteel on Brandon's website from Dragonsteel and Liar of Partinell that you can read. We won't know much more until Dragonsteel is released.

I haven't been able to find anything as such (mostly because I'm bad at finding things and have negative ability to focus). I didn't know about the excerpts, though, so I'll go check for those right now. Thanks!

The Liar of Partinel excerpts have been taken down but you can still find the Dragonsteel ones that Brandon shared which show the material he repurposed for Kaladin's story in Way of Kings. They're not canon but Brandon has mentioned that he still considers most of the worldbuilding from Dragonsteel Prime to be canon so you can get some idea of what Yolen probably looked like at a specific point in time before the Shattering. We have no idea about other worlds, except that many of them had life on them which predated the Shattering and magic on the major Shardworlds would have been different (or nonexistent) before the Shards arrived.
