Bridge 4.0 he/him
If you were Brandon Sanderson what is one thing you would put into the fourth book. Personally I would have Rock ( With his shards gained from killing Amaram) would return to the Horneater Peaks a King. In WoK it mentions that if a person from the Horneater Peaks came back with shards they would become high king. When he becomes king I would make him become part of Dalinars' coalition. It would be interesting to see Rock and some others of the go to the Horneater peaks and try to take it back from Odium's forces. Plus, it would give us an insight into the culture there, which is something that has always interested me. If I were Brandon Sanderson, I would give Adolin more screen time since he's one of my favorite characters in the series right now. He's already doing the whole Eshonai/Venli thing in the next book, so that's taken care of. I would also keep Shallan and Adolin married and focus on writing about their struggles through making the marriage work, which would be a much better story to me than breaking them up somehow and hooking Shallan and Kaladin up. Also, Kaladin needs to swear the Fourth Ideal. Oh, I really want to see a Willshaper in action! I can't think of anything else off the top of my head.

Yes, I would like to see this. I really think more screen time for Rock would be cool. And I would love to see this as well. I want the Shallan-Adolin marriage to fail, not necessarily because I want Shallan and Kaladin to get together, but because I think it would be very good for their respective character arcs if the marriage didn't work. I can see a lot of interesting plot threads moving forward for Shallan and Adolin if their marriage fails, but it would just be... kind of boring if it worked out and they stayed together. I personally want Shallan to crash and burn and have an emotional meltdown (I think it would be appropriate for the character development we've seen for her so far and would be unique for a Sanderson character), and the marriage failing would be the first step of that. As for whatever else I would add in Book 4 if I were Brandon Sanderson... I would like Ialai Sadeas to become a more important character following the murder of her husband and the death of Amaram. I want her to become vengeful and politically powerful after it is revealed that Adolin killed Sadeas. There needs to be consequences and repercussions from the Sadeas murder (that was one of my biggest letdowns about Oathbringer - the murder was barely brought up, and it was one of the most shocking parts about WoR).
