Pronunciations?

There are some names in this series I just can't figure out how to pronounce. Am I just stoopid? Please help!

 

Smedry; is it Smeh-dree or Smee-dree?

Bastille; Ba-steel? 

Mokia; Mah-kia or Mow-kia?

Kazan; just how do you pronounce it?
