I mean at the beginning when I shot the coins at you and your bird

I dodged those, I thought.

It's your turn

i steel push on your truncheon trying to force it out of your hand. i then once again shoot a flurry of coins specifically at your bird

That's cold.

Nei'an watched as the coins shot upwards. Klaw shrieked as many found their mark, puncturing wings and chest. This was not how it was supposed to go. Klaw protected me...

Klaw fell from the air, landing beyond Riathor.

Nei'an screamed in anger and frustration. was Klaw dead...

For the first time in a long, long time, Nei'an felt glad as dead bodies continued to pile up around him. Klaw survived, but for how much longer? Nei'an didn't have his truncheon...

Anger. Intense, boiling anger. Klaw had helped Nei'an, saved Nei'an multiple times, and not Klaw was suffering. Klaw, who Nei'an had vowed to protect. Klaw, who Nei'an had promised would live.

Klaw, who was dying on the ground, blood seeping into the earth like the roots of a felled tree, desperately thrashing for some tie to life.

Anger.

And, unsurprisingly, determination.

An infinite amount of it.

And pain became an abstract concept, completely unfeelable. Yes, usually he could feel some pain, not now.

Nei'an hardly felt the ground under his feet as he rushed the strange Mistborn. And he hardly cared as he threw his coat aside, lest the metal on it becomes his downfall, despite the weapon it bore.

He whipped out two vines from his belt, slinging them around like maces, and swung the pointed end towards Riathor's shocked face.

I hope this isn't too much for one turn, most of the thought process happens very quickly.

Tactics. Don't look duelists

Spoiler

Nei'an still has a chance.

In the Original mistborn trilogy, the Mistings tend to be more skilled than Mistborn. Mistborn are powerful, but lack finesse with individual metals. Nei'an needs to keep his cool and burn Electrum. This will give him power to limit Riathors moves. With infinite determination, and protecting his Aviar, he can win. Riathor will beat him otherwise

Vine damage to Riathor: -15

Nei'an 100hp  (no longer has the advantage of seeing the future/his own death)

Riathor 85hp

if you didn't I'll say it.

I'll need to get a new bird after this duel.

I start burning electrum and then wait for him to charge with my hand in my coin pouch. I also keep an eye out for any hidden attacks/weapons

Yout too? Somehow electrum became popular.

Might I also point out that I have already attacked and you now have to react.

My character in a PM Roleplaying group is a Electrum feruchemist. I don't know why I said spinner.

Gancho is correct in his statement above. You need to react to his previous attack as Nei'an is in Riathor's face.
