Are there any people like that still alive??

Or is it a situation like the stormfather? Obviously he's been on screen but as an example he technically has been to yolen as he is a cognitive shadow.

She might not have been killed though since we know Shards can willingly give up their power

And a Vessel dying would have been felt or at least noticed
