Kaladin. He’s the only person I can think of with two siblings. Everyone else has just one or three+, but not two. (I was going to guess Vivenna first, but then I remembered Fafen.)

Nope, it's a bit harder than that, but I think that of all guessers here you might have the best chance to get it.

Numuhukumakiaki'aialunamor fits everything except #4, if Tifi and Sinaku'a aren't his brothers. If you squint, you could count #4 as being about himself...
