Go back to the bookstore you bought your book and have it replaced. It happens sometimes, you shouldn't have a problem getting a new one with all the pages.

Or you could convert to the cult of the E-reader and never have to worry about such problems or hauling around 1088 pages of hardcover book again.

 

Unfortunately, it's pretty harsh on the images.

Yeah, a bookstore will replace a defective book like this. And because some people wonder about it, defective books are not worth more than non-defective books.

I am missing the EXACT SAME PAGES.

Page 449 is not numbered, its got the image of shardbearers, not sure if that is supposed to be 449 or not.

 

Then its 514.  I didn't even notice and read all the way to 544 when it jumps back to 481.

 

The book is missing pages 450 to 480 in entirety, i checked the whole book.

That means this isn't a one off and Brandon should really look at one of his printing locations.

My copy from the library here in Sweden had the exakt same problem. How many has this binding error I wonder.

Binding errors aren't all that uncommon when so many books are being printed. And it's really more Tor's worry than Brandon's.

I hate to necro this thread but this happened to a friend of mine with a copy that was purchased hours from home.

 

There was a post somewhere about people being sent the text of the missing pages if it happens. Is that still happening?
