I doubt that @Turtle373 would have included the assassin in his earlier clues, and it seems like the 3rd and 4th clues were pretty straightforward. So I don't think we have any info about who the Assassin in White. We should pass.

First, Marsh who lived in the shadows for his entire life. He is the most probable. Second, Tekial Tower is in the shadow of of Ironspire and is tall enough to be obscured by the mists.

I would go with Marsh. Tekiel Tower seems like a stretch to me.
