I mean if she's a pretty person thats great but the fancy dresses and giant boobs seem ridiculous. She's described as wearing a childlike dress, and I dont know any children that dress like this. 2

She starts wearing a Vorin havah with a safehand sleeve early on in Oathbringer. While this isn't stylistically accurate to the havah, with a high form-fitting neckline, it's not as absurd as your claims make it out to be.

The lady portraying Syl is just a pretty lady, I guess she just didn't fancy strapping her boobs down as is her prerogative. Her outfits change depending on her flights of fancy at the time and when they enter Shadesmar she is a young woman. I have seen a lot of fan art, and it isn't rare that what I see fails to fit with my own view and image of the character.
