I have issues with the two surges of the order of knight radiants. Jasnah. Lift, and Shallan is quite clear cut with their surges. The one i got confusion about is the windrunner and the skybreaker.

The skybreaker got the lashes as well as the surge of division. Which i understand as a windrunner with additional surge to destroy.

What of the windrunner? I thought all orders will have access to two surges after swearing to third ideals. Please enlighten me

Windrunners are able to bind the surges of Pressure and Gravitation.
Skybreakers are able to bind the surges of Gravitation and Division.

Now, the three lashings, as they're generally known, are as follows:
Basic Lashing. which changes the gravitational vectors acting on an entity;
Full Lashing, which holds objects together;
Reverse Lashing, which converts an object into a gravitational center only able to act on airborne objects.

So in all, Basic and Reverse Lashings use the surge of gravitation, while Full Lashing use the surge of pressure. As such, Windrunners are able to use all three lashings which cover the two surges they are able to bind, while Skybreakers can only use Basic and Reverse, while additionally being able to bind the surge of division

Simply put, Kaladin can fly (Gravitation), and he can also stick Lopen to a wall (Adhesion).

Nale can fly, but he cannot stick people to walls. Instead he can burn them alive.

It’s confusing because the word “lashing” describes two different surges.
