I have issues with the two surges of the order of knight radiants. Jasnah. Lift, and Shallan is quite clear cut with their surges. The one i got confusion about is the windrunner and the skybreaker. The skybreaker got the lashes as well as the surge of division. Which i understand as a windrunner with additional surge to destroy. What of the windrunner? I thought all orders will have access to two surges after swearing to third ideals. Please enlighten me
