spideyguy123
Quote Last sentance of ars arcanum: "I believe this has relevance to the discoveries being made on Scadrial, and the commoditization of Allomancy and Feruchemy." Does this mean that the events in OB and BOM happened around the same time?
kmosiman
I don't have the exact timing quotes, but I believe that the current Stormlight books are slightly before Bands of Mourning. These books should happen in the planned time gap between the first 5 and last 5 Stormlight books. I'm not sure if Hoid came (or will come) to him openly, but one of the epigraphs was obvoiusly written by Harmony in reply to a request for help. The Ars could have been written after BoM as well which could have affected the wording. The commoditization could also be in reference to the inventions of Southern Scadrial which had been developed well before the current Mistborn series. Kingsdaughter613 she/her
Khriss knows Kell, so he may well have invited her to come South while he was there.
Argent he/him
Yeah, the first Stormlight arc still takes place before Mistborn Era 2, but the "commodization of Allomancy and Feruchemy" must've been going on for a few decades at least, if not more. I doubt Khriss is as limited in her knowledge of Scadrial overall as the people of Elendel Basin are.
