Based on what Elhokar was saying, I don't think that we'd need a novella for him--Kaladin's going to be there with him in Kholinar.

I had considered the possibility of Elhokar being the mystery novella character, but I would prefer Moash or Taln.

I just like Baxil. He's very relatable and I found his character quirks (such as frequent short prayers to the Prime Kadasix) amusing and endearing. He also planned to seek out the Nightwatcher so if he pops up we might be able to witness the old magic first hand. He's Emuli so we might even learn more about Tezim the God Kings holy war. It never occurred to me that he might still just be following Ash....it would be nice to see how her crazy behind reacts to the Everstorm and Talns inevitable return.

Great post. I never cared about Baxil, but you brought up points that would make another Interlude from him interesting to read.

 The Nightwatcher's P.O.V would be fascinating as would the Stormfather. Aladar or Sebarial could be decent. Lopen's mother would be hysterical.
