Mekyo
Hello ! Mekyo. I like fantasy, video games, nature. I'll be honest, the Aether of Night copy is why I created the account, but discussing something we all like can only be fun (mostly?), so I'll definitely stay. I'm currently reading Queen of Fire, from Anthony Ryan. Axies the Collector might be my favourite Sanderson character. He does magic science and takes notes on his own fricking body ! He takes everything that happens to him as an opportunity to study spren ! The Way of Kings got me into Sanderson and the Cosmere. What I really like in books and games is worldbuilding. You can probably guess why I like Sanderson.
StrikerEZ he/him
Hey, welcome to the Shard, @Mekyo! I've hit my upvote limit for today, but have a free spiked delicious cookie! Spoiler DISCLAIMER: Side effects include, but are not limited to, hearing voices, gaining supernatural powers, having the sudden urge to kill everyone, and completely losing control over your mind and body. The Dark Alley™ claims no liability for any damage done to/by the eater of this cookie. I actually got into the Cosmere through Mistborn, and I discovered Sanderson through Steelheart. And you're right, Sanderson's books are pure genius. Which book is your favorite so far?
Mekyo
Oh thanks ! I...am not hungry right now, I'll keep the cookie for later. My favourite book so far would have to be Words of Radiance, but I havent read all of the cosmere (yet). I also really liked The Bands of Mourning's lighthearted side (The group's arrival at the Copper Gate is glorious).
ThePathsofPain
I'm dying for The Lost Metal, the next book in the Wax and Wayne series after how The Band's of Mourning ended. It can't come into my life soon enough.

All you're missing is White Sand, a graphic novel, and Arcanum Unbounded, a collection of short stories all set in the Cosmere.
Mekyo
Yeah, I need to get Arcanum Unbounded. The Bands of Mourning really made me want to read Mistborn: Secret History.

Luckily for me, I had a copy of AU so I was able to read SH right after BoM.
