How are people already discussing Oathbringer

I was wondering how people already are discussing Oathbringer before it is out, and how I could also read it

The few who have actually read it are alpha/beta readers, and contractually can't discuss it publicly.

The speculation on this site all comes from samples that have been released which are collected in a stickied thread at the top of the Oathbringer Spoiler board.

They are Beta readers and Brandon has answered how you can become one. The Beta readers are not discussing the book though. The discussion is people guessing based on previous installments and Words of Brandon (questions answered at signings etc)
