Cosmere Aging

Has it been confirmed if all humans in the Cosmere age at the same rate, or is it planet specific? 

To quote Coppermind:

●Each week is five days, so the year in Roshar is 500 days, ultimately defined by the time between two Weepings.^[4]Although the Rosharan year is 500 days long, these days are shorter than on Earth and a Rosharan year is equivalent to 1.1 Earth years.^[5][6]

●And we know Scardinal is the closest Shard world to being like Earth.

If Kaladin was about 18 Weepings during WoR, would he be physically comparable to a 16 year 4 month Scardinalian/Earthling?

Or would he be physically 18 and age 10% faster than a Earthling?

Yeah Roshar's character are older than what you imagine from thier ages.

In your example Kal with his 18 Roshar's years(or 18 weeping) is quite 20 Earthling years old (you applied the formula in the opposite way)

@Yata more or less nailed it. With that said, Roshar has a couple of other things going on so it is probably not such a clear cut 18 years = 20 years. For example, there is reduced gravity on Roshar so physical aging such as wrinkles and such are probably slower to occur. Also Kaladin isn't a great example as the events of his life likely "aged" him moreso than an average Rosharan person. I would guess that Kaladin himself probably appears to be in his mid 20's.

So 18 Rosharan Years is 20 Earth years as Yata said, meaning that Kaladin has physically lived through 20 Earth Years worth of time.

A general rule of thumb is that if Brandon writes a character to be 25 Rosharan years old, he's gonna write them as if they're in their mid-twenties, rather than the physical 28 earth years that they'd be. So by technicality, Kaladin would be 18 and be functionally no different than an 18 yr old Earthling.

Thus I believe it to be more planet-specific for the reasons that Sovereign pointed out: the difference in gravity, the oxygen levels of the air, atmospheric pressure, all manner of things
