For instance, when writing (not typing) "the ear" I would write "thear". I think it's just that I think faster than I write. Additionally, when I'm translating sentences from another language (latin), I will translate a word in my head but write it down untranslated. I'll read "quis" think "who" and write "quis". I'm a smart 3
