How do we not have a topic yet? I'm late to the game and I'm loving it.

So....top three favourite songs? Opinions? General geekery? I need people to squee with!

Hmm...

Songs that make me cry:

 - It's Quiet Uptown

 - Dear Theodosia

 - The World Was Wide Enough

I have had "The Adams Administration" stuck in my head for the past few minutes, and I'm wondering what happened that made my brain feel so edgy.

I think I've only heard that song once. Isn't it "Hamilton keeps messing up"?

ok favourite individual lines?

1 when I meet Thomas Jefferson imma compel him to include women in the sequel

2 when push comes to shove I will send a fully armed battalion to remind you of my love lalalalalalaa.

I had others but now ive come to actually write this post I've forgotten.

My favorite song, hands down, is "You'll Be Back." It's just so silly and full of contradictions.

Guns and Ships

My shot

tie between Aaron Bur Sir, and the cabinet battles, although all of King George's are great.

Huh. I don't particularly like the cabinet battles.

I'm at that music addiction point where I desperately want to listen to the music but I'm also slightly sick of it. Eep

Mixtape:

1. Wrote my way out speaks to me on a deep level. It is wow

2. It's quiet uptiwn

3 history has its eyes on you

i love what they did with immigrant

dear theodosia reprise I just want to cry.

I am done. All of the feels.

Only 3 favorite songs? That's hard. Um.

Wait For It
Hurricane
Guns and Ships

Honorable Mentions: It's Quiet Uptown, Burn, The World Was Wide Enough, You'll Be Back, and One Last Time (I could easily list another 5 songs here as well, but I need to cut it off somewhere... :P )

I....actually think it would be a lot easier for me to list my least favorite songs. Those would be:

Say No to This
Take a Break

If my Ookla name hasn't given it away, my current favorite line is probably "I am inimitable. I am an original." It's kind of my motto right now. :)

Oh my goodness I love Hamilton! For my favorite songs . . . honestly, the only thing I can say is that my absolute favorite is Ten Duel Commandments. I keep changing my mind and switching the rankings of songs after Ten Duel Commandments, because they're just all so good.

Has anyone listened to the Hamilton Mixtape? I've been wondering how good that is.

And Philip got "blown away."

So did Theodosia; died in a shipwreck during a storm off the North Carolina coast.

There's so much subplot it's heartbreaking.

Why was he blown away? He was shot.

To be "blown away" is a colloquial term for being shot.

I haven't heard that one before. Ouch. Ooooow.

Stupid musical about a treasury secretary giving me all the feels. *mumble grumble mumble*

(I'm listening in order, at the end so the feels are high. I do love Jeffersons like "cause I'm the president!")-A.Burr

I know some of that. He was shot at 7, dies singing 7. Is there more?

In "Take A Break", the point where Philip diverges from his mother's melody is always 7. There's more; it's all over Act II.

Where does Act II start?

I'm done. I'm crying. Hugs?
