HoidvsVoid Posted November 9, 2016 Posted November 9, 2016 As much as i think calamity is the weakest of the Reckoner's trilogy, i really admire the foreshadowing of Prof's weakness. The only reason David has a chance to join the Reckoners is because he made an off hand remark stating the Prof was failing, which made him hesitate. Why? Because it was his weakness. There were other forshadowing moments, but I think that this small tidbit was all that was needed. Brandon is a genius once again, giving us the answer right to our faces off the bat. 2

Noticed that in a reread? He put far more than that clue...
HoidvsVoid Posted November 10, 2016 Author Posted November 10, 2016 I know. I mentioned there were others, but this was the first and most obvious. I completely forgot about it until i reread steelheart. That is one main problem about waiting a year between books. Although i read steelheart many times.
