Wax's shooting skills

Where do you guys think Wax ranks as a shot compared to great marksmen from other stories, such as Legolas, Hawkeye, Green Arrow or Birgitte Silverbow?

Those would be very hard to compare with, considering he doesn't use a bow. 

For similar capabilities, we'd have to think of people like Deadshot, who I suspect would be better by a decent margin, or an old west gunslinger like Clint Eastwood's "The Man with No Name", who I don't know how he'd compare with.

Eastwood, at least, doesn't have steel to burn as a targeting system, so I suspect Wax would defeat him. The rest would come down to experience, and what Eastwood would be able to achieve because he doesn't rely on Allomancy to call his shots.
