Overlord Jebus
I haven't read the books in a little while and I can't find anything on this on the wikis or from searching the forums. I know the Steel Ministry was the organization that the Obligators/Inquisitors were part of with the Canton of Orthodoxy specifically for "religious" matters but what was the actual name of the religion? What would you call someone who believed that the Lord Ruler was God?

Yata he/him
In the first era, The Lord Ruler's religion was the only one (after he eradicated the others)...There was no need of a name to it. In the Final Empire words like "religion" or "god" both pointed to TLR without any need of explain Edited October 13, 2016 by Yata
The One Who Connects he/him
As Yata said, TLR went and crushed all/almost all of the other religions, so that his was the only one. Ask a society which war they are in, they just call it "the war." Same principle likely applies here. If needed, we could call it the "Religion of the Lord Ruler," but it probably won't be necessary unless Brandon decides to worldbuild a short story or 2 into the middle centuries of the Final Empire.
