asterion137 he/him Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Could someone from any planet use the Bands? If so, could a kandra or koloss use the bands? Could a returned use them? An Elantrian? A Lifeless? What decides whether someone can use them?

Right now we know human Scadriens can use them. Whether or not a non-human or off worldwide can is something that has yet to be answered to my knowledge.

Simply the ability to gain Scadrial Magics through "Spirit-Web adding" is possible to everyone as a tons of Hemalurgy's WoB say. This mean that if the "unsealing trick" has no some hidden limitation, everyone may tap a Unsealed Metalmind (and gain its ability) As possible but very speculative proof, I will post a spoiler from Sixth of the Dusk: Spoiler If the One Above are Scadrial, the tech they "lose" are probably Medallion Tech (Feruchemical Connection and Allomantic Bronze)...And the First of the Sun's People are able to use.
