Though everyone is tied, I'm predicting Megan vs Leeds. Or maybe Megan vs Melody.

My opinion is that Joel is better than Melody because he really tries hard and cares a lot about Rithmatics. Melody's personality really annoyed me but I'm not sure why. (I have to reread.)

Also, I think Cody got more supporters because WayneSpren misled them into thinking he is Wayne. Cody just isn't as funny as Wayne, unfortunately.

I actually like Cody, more than Megan personally, and actually I found Megan an ok character, but she definatly wasn't one of my favourites. Cody just added some much needed jokes and happiness when things were getting too dark.

In Steelheart, Cody is my favorite character. He wasn't in Firefight almost at all though, which is why he's not my favorite.
