Gresh
Howdy folks I'm Gresh, and just found this site and decided to join. I'm not sure how active of a member i'll be. We'll see i guess. I'm a big fan of Brandon Sandersons Cosmere. I think i've read almost all of them. Heavn't read any of the others though, except for the Wheel of Time books. Some Hobbies i'm into - Video games(JRPG mostly), Pipes/Pipe Tobacco, Cigars, DIY projects and home improvement, Cooking, and, of course, internet forums! Question: Could yall let me know if there are any cosmere books i havnt read yet?? ive finished... Mistborn 1,2,3 Wax n Wayne 1,2,3 Elantris 1 Stormlight Archive 1,2 Warbreaker 1 White sands 1 -- havnt finished it yet actually, but i picked it up and read the first chapter yesterday. not sure how i feel about the comic format yet. I kinda have trouble figuring out what bubbles to read first If ive missed any i'd much appreciate it if you guys could tell me. I'm currently reading a Micheal J. Sullivan series (Riyria Revelations) and I will need something new once i finish it. Some other series i like - Chronicles of Thomas Covenant, The Gentleman Bastards, Wheel of Time, Farseer Trilogy, Fitz and the Fool, the Khaavren Romances, Vlad Taltos, and probably some others i cant think of right now. I also like some Sci-Fi, like Philip K. Dick and Arthur C Clarke.
Vyree
Hi, welcome to the shard. Firstly, don't eat the cookies, you'll definitely be offered some... You've been warned. Have you read any of the cosmere short stories? Mistborn:secret History, Secret of Elantris, Shadows for silence and so on?

I did hear about Secret History, but could only find it in electronic formats. I was going to buy it and try to print it out, but i never got around to actually doing it. The others are news to me though! thanks! Do any of them take place on the Warbreaker planet? I really, really liked Warbreaker.
Vyree
Hahaha as far as I'm aware we don't have a Warbreaker short yet. Secret history is only on electronic. Brandon is releasing a collection of all the cosmere short stories later this year called Arcanum Unbound. I've preordered it because I'm so damnation excited!! Also have your first up vote!

Storm
Hello! Welcome! As you've heard, don't eat the cookies. I am currently reading Mistborn now! I am also reading the Way of Shadows by Brent Weeks? Have you read it? It's pretty good so far. Hope you have a great time on the 17th Shard!

I haven't yet!

I'm personally not a huge fan of the comic format, but i'm definately going to finish it. and i'll be picking the rest of the volumes up when they come out. I like the art alot, but the text bubbles kinda bother me with seemingly random words bolded for emphasis. still though, i'm sure i'll get used to it and enjoy the story it tells
Stick.
You should read the prose version of white sand too. It's awesome.
CaptainRyan
As a few people have alluded, you can email Brandon (or, more precisely, his assistant Adam) and get sent two word documents: Aether of Night and White Sands. These are the rough draft versions of novels Brandon wrote before becoming published. You might recognize the second name as that rough draft is what became the graphic novel White Sands. Both of them are quite good but you can definitely tell Brandon has gotten better over time. If you head over to this link: http://brandonsanderson.com/contact/ and put in the body of the message that you would like to get a copy of Aether of Night and White Sands then, usually within a few days, Adam will email you the documents. As for any Cosmere works you are missing, it sounds like almost all of the short stories have passed you by. Arcanum Unbounded will have all of the short stories in one place with new stories and new information. November will be a big month for you! Lastly, the Kingkiller Chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss is a must read. Name of the Wind is the first volume (there are currently only two out) and I highly, highly recommend it.
