Wychmire he/him
For no particular reason I feel like stating this. I liked it but I didn't really think the flying boat things really fit in. they felt more the sort thing that a comic or something would put in to try to make you more excited... Ecthelion III he/him
I think it was stupid of Wax to throw the Bands of Mourning out the airship window. Seriously! YOU HOLD THE FULL POWER OF THE LORD RULER IN YOUR HANDS and you THROW IT OUT THE RUSTING WINDOW!!!

Seriously! YOU HOLD THE FULL POWER OF THE LORD RULER IN YOUR HANDS and you THROW IT OUT THE RUSTING WINDOW!!! He wanted to prove a point to Suit. As with many things regarding Wax's views on his family, that took precedence over logic. Also, The Bands were placed in one of Wax's holsters, so he or any of the party could find it again. Besides, Suit's (stupid) offer of a duel was the best way to deal with the bomb. And Suit probably would have ordered it armed and detonated if Wax tried any funny business with the Bands. Noel he/him
I would say the description of the flying craft seemed odd but the demonstration of how much more the magics of Scadrial can do and how much we still don't know. It makes me wonder about how the magics of the other worlds of the Cosmere could be used in an advanced technological setting. As far as you finding the craft lacking, that's just your preference (like Daniyah said). That's the really cool thing about reading. There so much out there that everyone can find something he or she likes and no one needs to bash someone else for liking something different, or for not liking a thing. Yata he/him
I am a bit curious. Do You not like the air-ship idea at all or the tech behind who made it possible ?
Eki
This should be in the Bands of Mourning spoiler board. The Mistborn series is supposed to advance in technology; the last trilogy will be a space opera, after all. This was a bit of a jump, true, but that's because the characters made contact with a new civilisation, with different technology. So I guess it does feel a bit out of place, but that's natural.
