Hi everyone, I'm Rielle, and eighteen year old Kiwi (which means I'm online when everyone else is asleep or doing productive things). I was pushed off the cliff into Sanderson by one of my beloved siblings late last year, but didn't actually end up obsessed until I got hold of WoR a couple of months ago, so here I am.  

I'm a bit of an oddball, as my equally nutty friends could tell you, and am on a mission to make sure my last year of high school is nice and eventful. I love reading, especially fantasy books, and sometimes take a stab at writing a bit myself. Before you ask, it's usually terribly cliché fanfiction for my friends' eyes only. I'm also a tiny bit obsessed with Korean boy groups, but we won't talk about that. 

Anyway, enough about me. Soon you'll be seeing me popping round all sorts of threads, you'll be sick of me before long!

Hey! A Kiwi! I went to Wellington last year and fell in love with it. I've been living in the San Francisco area for a long time and Wellington really reminded me of home... I cannot wait to go back. What part are you in? 

Lots of writing starts out as fan fiction! That's how I got into writing and now it's just about all I do. Haha. (writing, not fanfiction, I mean) 

Anyway! Welcome to the forum!

Yeah... As an Aussie, trust me. I know.

And there are people here who've made over 15,000 posts. If you can beat that, I'd be impressed.

Oh really? That's cool! I live way down south in the South Island, further south than Christchurch, haha. I hadn't thought Wellington would be similar to San Fran, I'll have to visit and see for myself sometime. If you ever swing by again, I'll be up in Wellington from next year!

I'm also Aussie *waves*. There's definitely another Kiwi Sharder but I'm not 100% sure who, and a decent handful of Aussies. (Voidus, I think Claincy ffnord, a couple others) There's a thread over in General Discussion about where everyone's from. 

If you take the cookie, you will be spiked. Hemalurgically. Think hard before you accept.

You still have it better than us Europeans  
My morning -> Australian evening, American middle of the night. The Shard is almost deadly silent.
My evening -> American morning, Australian night. Shard is just starting to wake up as most of Sharders are americans.
My middle of the night -> American evening, Australian morning. Party time on the Shard, everyone is online etc.

Eh, mid to late morning (i.e. 9 to 11 am) Sydney time in the Shard seems to be the peak. Exactly when I'm at school which blocks all forums all by default.
