Let's Plays

So... I understand that Let's Plays are a Popular Thing?

 

...I've never really watched any. Which s why I'm posting here.

 

Maybe saying I've never watched any is an exaggeration; I'm a big fan of the 'Ramble with Rae' series... but those videos are more like a Parody Series than a Let's Play, so I really don't think they could, exactly.

 

The same goes for the Abridged Snakes; great show, but not exactly a Lets Play.

 

So... does anyone have any recommendations? Comedy would be a plus!

A couple that I recommend:

Markiplier, especially his Let's Plays of the Five Nights at Freddy's series.

Video Games Awesome, especially their playthroughs of the Phoenix Wright games.

 

If you have a particular game you want to see, there's also lparchive.org, which has Let's Plays from forums.

Also Markiplier's Let's Play Emily Wants to Play lol. Also if you just type react into youtube, you will find the react channel where they have a lot of lets play or people of various ages reacting to various things.

Markiplier's FNAF playthroughs are what got me into Let's Plays. Since then I've kept an eye on his channel (most recently I love the Subnautica series), but also added a couple more, game-specific ones - MFPallytime's Heroes of the Storm series is something I follow nearly religiously. TGN Squadron's Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch streams, as well as Kripparian's Hearthstone ones are another ones that interest me, but all those depend on whether you like the game or not.
