A Basic Introduction

Hello, my name is Aaron and I have been lurking on this forum for about three years now.  My username, "Commander", originates from one of my most favorite video games, X-COM.

 

I have been a fan of Brandon Sanderson since 2011, when a friend of mine introduced Mistborn: The Final Empire to me.  Since then, I have read all Cosmere-related novels as well as the first two parts of the Reckoners and also the Rithmatist.  Out of all Sanderson's works, The Final Empire will always be my favorite, with Kelsier as my favorite character.

 

Besides reading Sanderson, I enjoy reading the Wheel of Time, A Song of Ice and Fire, Lord of the Rings, and the Kingkiller Chronicles.

 

Outside of reading, I enjoy playing video games, sleeping, and lazily attempting to develop book ideas.

 

I will most likely continue to lurk but I have made this account in an attempt to interact with the continue more. Thanks for reading this and I hope you will enjoy my (invisible) company!

I agree with you about Kelsier being my favorite.

Though I'm surprised Secret History isn't your favorite. So much Kelsier at his best! Punching gods! Conning gods! And basically being awesome!!! If I hadn't loved him before I certainly would have after that...
