BRANDON SANDERSON Meaning, can they travel to Nalthis, where Warbreaker takes place? Yes, they can. When Sazed wrote to Spook, he said "I tried to bring them back, but apparently fixing their bodies doesn't return their souls. I will get better at this with time, I expect. However, be assured that I have spoken with our friends, and they are quite happy where they are. They deserve a rest, I think." Resting as a returned, perhaps? Any other characters? Who was blush weaver?

Who was blush weaver? To clarify Brandon just said that worldhopping is possible, not that they could become Returned. Have you read Mistborn: Secret History yet? If not I highly recommend it.

So, I poked around the shard. apparently to return, you don't need to be of nalthis, you just need to have a part of the shard on nalthis (cultivation I think.) so, if that shard has a physical body, such as atium, and SOMEHOW (glare at hoid) someone else got a hold of that, they could return.

Pretty much this. --- However, Brandon's answer and the wording of the question does make one speculate if any of the Returned in Warbreaker are not originally from Nalthis. I think we'd need a more specific question asked, unless it's been asked already. I don't know any WoBs about it off the top of my head though. 1
