This is actually the second post I believe, but I figured what the heck, might as well do one of these!

Gotta get my forum rank up somehow

I have a few questions for some helpful souls on the forums

- What is Brandon Sanderson? No mere human can write books that fast...

- Are there actually any beggars in the cosmere who aren't Hoid? I can't find one.....

- what order do the cosmere books occur in?

- will we ever see some fights between between characters with different magic systems?

-Either Brandon knows which metal can make Hemalurgic spikes to steal writing speed, or he's the God Beyond. We're not sure

-No. Hoid just cloned himself  :P

-I'm not sure, and the order hasn't been confirmed yet. But Elantris is first so far.

-I sure hope so!

The beggars feast in Alethkar must have been a strange affair. Starting to see why it was cancelled..... all those Hoids in one room.....

Of the published books we know Elantris is first. After it comes Mistborn Trilogy 1 (and Secret History). Roughly 315-340 years after that is the first half of Stormlight Archive (including unpublished books). After book five of that, and before book six comes the Wax and Wayne era of Mistborn. Warbreaker is sometime before Way of Kings. Sixth of the Dusk is last that we've seen so far. We don't know when Emperor's Soul, or Shadows of Silence in the Forests of Hell.

Most of the unpublished works that we know of are all before or around Elantris timewise. Liar of Partinel is first IIRC, then Dragonsteel, and White Sand could be after Elantris

On the fights between magics...It might be coming soon. Lots of Cosmery things happening recently. :3

Indeed, I'm really hoping for a 3v3 match between radiants and mistborn, that would be a bloodbath

There is actually a beggar that isn't Hoid. In Elantris, there was a beggar that asked the priest guy (forgot the name) for some money or food. He wasn't Hoid. Cloning is only possible with some clever Hemalurgy, and Hoid doesn't like Hemalurgy.

Might be Hoid in a wig.....

Welcome.

Half a cookie

Does that mean it only has half a Hemalurgical charge?

It's alright, I believe he was one of Hoid's beggars, and therefore does not count!

My apologies, allow me to make reparations by giving you this little thread to follow.

Wayne wants to get all of Elendel drunk, this we know, but it is obvious that his ultimate goal is to inebriate the entire cosmere

Wayne is a resident of Scadrial, home to hemalurgy

Hemalurgy can be used to steal to other magic systems, namely Roshar's surgebinding

The nature of a person's Surgebinding depends on the spren he bonds to.

Sudspren, spren that revolve around alcohol, have been seen by the spren collecter guy (forgot his name, axis or something)

Now, what could Wayne do with a nahel bond to a sudspren?

:D  No worries.  I got spiked when I was a noob, so now I'm wandering the Shard with the Feruchemical power to store and tap maturity.  It's handy, but that dang chunk of metal lodged between my ribs itches something fierce.

Wayne would do glorious things.  Terrible, wonderful, amazingly drunken things.  And in that moment, you pulled me completely onto the Wayne Needs To Become A Worldhopper bandwagon.

Well, with Wayne's true motive revealed, let's just say this won't be the last time something of yours is spiked..... too creepy sounding

Was it Wayne who spiked your drink? wow that sucked

umm, I think Wayne forgot what spiking a drink entailed Geez, pattern can make better jokes than that.....

I give up nobody likes a quitter

Insert pun about spiking a drink and spiking a rib here

I swear I'm funny.......

It's all right.  We all have our off-nights.  Pop on over to the Church of Wayne and grab the recipe for making a Bunny Foo Foo.  It's the perfect time of year for putting alcohol into hollow chocolate forest animals!

  It's just a recipe for a real-life drink, I promise.  The only spikes would be the ones you put in yourself.

another opportunity to make a spike pun, but we already know where that road leads so I think I'll pass this time.

Hemalurgy Recovery Kit. Take it. Depending on the actual Realmatics involved with Hemalurgic spikes, you might be able to keep your ability.

(You make your own medallion, as seen in BoM!)

But...if I did that, then how would I serve as a cautionary tale to our newbies?  I SUFFER SO THEY WILL NOT!

You can be the first redemption story.

Or...are you getting a small voice telling you not to?

Remember! The first rule of Allomancy! Never trust those spiked with metal!
