So WoB is that there is a Terriswoman in Warbreaker.

Yet I have not found this anywhere.

Anyone else know where she is hiding?

Oh we know she is in Warbreaker somewhere ;) the thing is no one knows exactly who she is, some think she might be a maid that works for Susebron. But quite honestly she could be anyone, we don't have descriptions from other books, we don't have a name and in the end the Terries are not so different from normal people, at least not so different as to make a special mention about them and what they look like.

I suspect that the nurse who tended to Lemex is the Terriswoman. I have no evidence other than that her speech differs dramatically from that of every other character in the book.

No no, it's quite a good sign that we came to that conclusion separately. :)

Yes. Just think of yourself as the first to corroborate! You're still novel!

What about the woman (I think it was a woman, I could be wrong) that made nightblood?

She was a Returned, and married to Vasher, so unless she could trick him longterm into believing she had a Divine Breath that's impossible.

Actually now that I've said it, I'm wondering if a Feruchemist using Aluminum and Nicrosil in conjunction with a carefully placed Spike(s) and gathered Breath could pull it off...

Stores Investiture. I'm thinking that Storing Breath and then tapping a lot at once could mimic a Divine one

Yes I could see that, but does anyone on that planet have extreme piercings

Or what if a returned was a worldhopper, or vice versa

Mistborn 2 & 3 Spoilers.

As Spook, Zane, and the Citizen proved, Spikes can be really well hidden.
