Hey all!  I suppose I'm new here, though I lurked the forums (and the coppermind) for a while.  I just have a quick question, though, if anyone has a second.  Where are the forum rules/guidelines/etc?  Perhaps I'm just being dense, but I haven't been able to find them, and I want to make sure I don't do anything stupid and annoy anyone.

Specifically, I'm looking for rules on resurrecting old threads, but I'm sure I'll have more questions over time that others have asked before.

As for introducing myself, I, as most of you, am an avid Sanderson fan and nerd.  I believe the only books I have ever checked out from the BYU library are Dragonsteel and Dangerous Women.

Sadly, I haven't read all his short stories since I only read hardcopy.

Thanks so much!

Welcome to the forums!

The rules are in this thread.

The necro policy (covered in this post) is fairly lenient, but it depends what you're necroing. Essentially it just needs to meaningful to the discussion that was happening on the thread; a rule of thumb I use before necroing is something to the effect of "if I was Following this thread from a month ago and got an alert that someone posted in it, would the post I'm about to make here be the kind of thing I'd want to see?"

Begone! Begone from my sight, you foul beast! Enflame not the fires of my envy!

I think this is the appropriate moment for a: "mwa ha ha ha ha ha ha!"

Thanks for the help!
